In 2022, I embarked on an extraordinary journey that would leave an indelible mark on my professional growth. MyTalent, a digital application project that I spearheaded, became the centerpiece of my innovation story. This initiative not only highlighted my ability to develop groundbreaking solutions but also served as a testament to my leadership and strategic vision.

A Milestone: Finalist at the Coaching Hackathon IDPB by East Ventures

One of the most defining moments in my career came when MyTalent was selected as a finalist for the Coaching Hackathon under the prestigious Indonesia PASTI BISA Maju Terus Pantang Mundur (IDPB MTPM) program by East Ventures. Out of numerous applicants, we proudly secured our position among the top 40 teams. This was no small feat, and it reinforced our belief in the potential of MyTalent to make a meaningful impact.

The journey began with a congratulatory email that marked the start of an unforgettable experience:

“Selamat, MyTalent! Tim Anda terpilih untuk mengikuti program coaching dan hackathon - IDPB MTPM yang akan berlangsung dari tanggal 2-14 Desember 2022.”

From December 2nd to 14th, we dived deep into intensive coaching sessions, hybrid workshops, and 1-on-1 mentorships designed to sharpen our ideas and execution strategies. The first session, led by industry leaders like Mulyono Xu (Co-founder and CEO of Desty) and Daniel Witono (Co-founder and CEO of Runchise), provided invaluable insights into idea validation and scalability.

Exclusive Mentorship: Insights from Industry Titans

One of the highlights of this program was a personalized mentoring session with Dima Djani, Group CEO of Hijra Bank. His wealth of experience and strategic guidance offered a unique perspective on tackling challenges in the fintech and digital innovation space. This interaction was nothing short of transformative, equipping me with actionable advice that I continue to apply in my professional endeavors.

Expanding Horizons: Building a Digital Agency

Simultaneously, I led a team to establish a digital agency aimed at targeting broader markets. This endeavor was a direct extension of the strategic acumen I had honed during the MyTalent journey. By devising and executing effective marketing strategies, we achieved remarkable growth and increased visibility for our digital initiatives. This dual achievement underscores my commitment to innovation and my ability to navigate the dynamic digital landscape.
